House rules
To ensure the safety, privacy, and comfort of all our guests, we invite you to take note of the following regulations.
1. 2-Hour rental
The rooms are available for rent for a period of 2 hours. Any additional half hour started or exceeded will be charged at €10.
2. Access reserved for couples and threesomes
Access to our rooms is strictly reserved for individuals accompanied by one or two partners. Single guests are not permitted.
3. No minors allowed
Access is strictly prohibited to anyone under the age of 18. Identification may be requested at the entrance.
4. No pets allowed
For hygiene and safety reasons, pets are not allowed in the establishment.
5. Reservations
We accept reservations only for threesomes, as they are allocated a larger room. We do not take reservations for two people: please arrive directly at the property. Rooms are assigned based on availability.
6. Respect for privacy and regulations
We ask that you respect the peace and quiet of the premises and of other guests.
Any violation of these rules may result in immediate exclusion without refund.
